President, Rachel Burcham
Rachel has attended CHF for 4 years and has held the position of President for 2 consecutive years. She has been a homeschool mom for the past 10 years. Rachel enjoys rock climbing in her spare time. Her favorite Bible verse is Phil 4:6-8, and her favorite quote is, "If you can fill the unforgiving minute with such seconds worth of distance run, Yours is the earth and everything that's in it, And, which is more, you'll be a man, my son." Vice President, Beth Thomas
Beth Thomas is a founding member of CHF and helped start the organization from the ground up. She has been Vice President since May 2024. She has been homeschooling her three children for seven years. A few fun facts about her are that she has four cats, she has a strong love for Paris, she also loves hunting, fishing, and rooting for the Houston Astros. Her favorite scripture is Joshua 1:9: Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you always.
Secretary, Danielle Crane
Danielle has been part of CHF for 4 years, and has homeschooled since 2013. Her favorite Bible verse is “Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” Proverbs 16:24
Treasurer, Sarah Johnson
Sarah Johnson, mother of three, has homeschooled for the past ten years, and it’s a journey I’ve truly come to love. She has been involved with CHF since its beginning and is honored to be one of its founding members. A verse that holds a special place in her heart is Lamentations 3:22–23: “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” This verse reminds her that God’s love and care are constant. No matter what each day brings, His mercy and goodness are always renewed.
Communications Liaison, Kendra Storie
Kendra Storie has been part of CHF since the beginning and has served on the Board of Directors since May 2025. She has been homeschooling for five years. A few fun facts are that she was homeschooled, she is a big LEGO fan and she loves hummingbirds. Her favorite verse is Psalms 34:18: “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
